Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days if:
- There was an error in the printing (e.g., incorrect text, colors, or design).
- The printed products were damaged during delivery.
- The order was canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom or personalized items that have been processed according to your specific instructions.
- Orders that have already been shipped.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at accounts@probanner.io with your order details, including the order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable). We will review your case and notify you of the next steps.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
